New Year, New You

It’s a new year, and the thing at the foremost of everyone’s mind is change.

And I can tell you from personal experience, that is what you need in order to transform from the sick version of you into one that lives in renewed health, life, and strength.

Having a vision of your new vibrant, energetic life is important… while NOT having a plan for your new, healthy self can hold you back. The brain needs to know that you are safe in that new identity—instead of it being a scary unknown. And luckily for us, the brain doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality—so you can prepare for your new healthy future by mentally rehearsing that new version of you.
