How do you know if it’s mold illness, Lyme disease, both, or something else?

Getting an accurate diagnosis after having a chronic complex health challenge is not always easy.

A lot of symptoms can overlap and be non-specific – not allowing for a clear-cut diagnosis.

Many of my clients have been to several doctors and may have picked up several diagnoses along the way… or been told nothing is wrong with them… or been told it’s all in their head and offered an antidepressant.

Lyme disease often brings friends along in the form of other bacterial infections, parasites, viral infections, candida and mold toxins.

I was pretty overwhelmed when I saw the list of infections that had overtaken my body, were stressing my immune system and leaving me extremely fatigued and completely burnt out…

  • Lyme disease with confirmed biofilms
  • Bartonella
  • Babesia
  • Epstein Barr virus
  • Cytomegalovirus
  • Human herpes 6 virus
  • Parvovirus
  • Candida overgrowth
  • Toxoplasmosis
  • Protozoa
  • MARCoNS (Multiple Antibiotic Resistant Coagulase Negative Staphylococci)
  • Blastocystis hominis
  • Mycoplasma pneumoniae
  • SIBO
  • Mycotoxins

“Wow! Where do I even start?” I thought. What’s my path forward?

Fast forward a few years and…

With the right strategies in place, guidance from practitioners I trusted, and listening to my own body and intuition, I was able to overcome these pathogens and rid myself of the complete exhaustion, brain fog, and constant pain I was in and regain a life of energy, passion and purpose.

In this week’s video, I dive into mold illness as mold and Lyme commonly show up hand-in-hand.

How do you know if mold might be an issue for you? What symptoms should you look out for? And most importantly, what can you do about it so you can start to see an improvement in symptoms you are struggling with?

In this video, I share information discussed at a recent mold conference I attended along with strategies I have seen work for clients of mine and in my own personal struggle with mycotoxins.

Watch the video here to learn all about mold and what you can do about it:
